We collect only the essential information needed to operate a trusted, secure freelancing marketplace:

- Financial & Payment Data: Billing details and payment methods processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Vyasu never stores raw credit card details.
- Project & Order Details: Scope requirements, milestone deliverables, project files, and messages exchanged within our protected workspace.
- Technical Diagnostic Data: IP address, device type, browser, and session logs collected automatically to detect security threats and prevent fraud.
02 How We Use Your Information
We use your data purposefully and strictly for legitimate platform operations:
- To facilitate project contracts, escrow payments, and service delivery between clients and freelancers.
- To verify user identity, enforce Community Standards, and prevent chargeback or fraud risks.
